6-Month Private Coaching Agreement
Terms of Participation
Please read carefully. By purchasing and participating in The Profitable Myofunctional
Therapist™ 6-Month Private Coaching Program (the “Program”), you (the “Client” or “You”)
agree to the following Terms and Conditions between You and Carmen Ball or The Profitable
Myofunctional Therapist LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
1. Program Details
The Company agrees to provide You with access to a 6-month private coaching container,
which includes:
- Biweekly private coaching calls — 60 minutes each (up to 12 sessions over 6 months)
- Unlimited email support between sessions, processed Monday–Thursday as a priority (response times may vary during periods when Carmen is out of office)
- Strategy guidance, accountability, and personalized direction for your specific business stage
- Session recordings provided via a shared Google Drive folder for your personal use
This Program focuses on business development, strategic planning, implementation support and CEO identity-building.
This Program does not include clinical training or clinical skill instruction.
2. Disclaimer
Client understands that Carmen Ball and The Profitable Myofunctional Therapist LLC are not
acting as:
- A therapist, counselor, or medical professional
- A financial advisor, accountant, or attorney
- A marketing agency or business manager
- An employment, referral, or placement service
The Program provides coaching, mentorship, guidance, feedback, and strategic education.
No specific results are guaranteed, and no income claims are made.
3. Fees + Payment Terms
The total investment for the Program is offered in three payment options:

By enrolling, you agree to complete the full payment term regardless of participation level.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
4. Communication + Email Support
Unlimited email support means you may reach out for feedback or support at any time. Emails are processed Monday–Thursday as a priority. Response times may vary if Carmen is out of office. No specific response time is guaranteed.
5. Call Scheduling + Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions not rescheduled with required notice are forfeited. No rollovers or credits are provided.
6. Session Recordings
Coaching sessions will be recorded by Carmen Ball and made available to Client via a shared Google Drive folder for personal use only. Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed in any form.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality. Client agrees not to share proprietary materials, strategies, frameworks, or content belonging to The Profitable Myofunctional Therapist LLC.
8. Intellectual Property
All Program materials remain the sole property of Carmen Ball and The Profitable Myofunctional Therapist LLC. You are granted a single personal-use license and may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials in any form.
9. Client Responsibility
Client understands that results require consistent action and follow-through. The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a Client’s inaction, inconsistent implementation, or failure to engage with the Program.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate a Client’s participation for violation of this Agreement. No refunds will be provided upon termination.
11. Non-Disparagement
Client agrees not to make public or private statements that could harm the reputation of Carmen Ball or The Profitable Myofunctional Therapist LLC.
12. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in the state and county of the Company’s principal business operations.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Program, You acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Agreement in full.
- You agree to be bound by its terms.
- You are entering into this Program voluntarily.
No signature is required when purchased through online checkout. Payment and enrollment
constitute full acceptance of these Terms.
